Cranston’s 5lbs Old Fashioned cured Ham

1 cup of apple cider

½ cup brown sugar

½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

¾ cup pecans, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 325 F / 160 C.

Place ham in baking dish and pour apple cider over.

Roast in oven, basting with cider every 20 minutes.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes (about 15-18 minutes per pound) or until internal temperature reaches 140 F / 60 C.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, and pecans.

Remove the ham from the oven during the last 20 minutes and firmly coat the pecan mixture over the top of the ham.

Return to the oven and continue roasting until crust is brown.

Slice and serve, drizzling remaining apple cider over the ham.
